Well folks, it’s been a pretty busy last couple of weeks.  As you may, or may not, remember, last week started with me being sick and Christi getting a concussion.  Then it was a matter of getting ready at work to be gone for a week on a business trip, writing a couple of sermons, and preparing for a funeral too.  Needless to say, whether or not I accomplished all I set out to do, the week came and went.

I was in Chicago from Sunday to Wednesday reading ordination exams.  There will be more on that experience next week, but for now, reading from 9:00 am to 9:30 pm didn’t leave a lot of time for posting on my blog.  I got back in the office and had to quickly get caught up on work, write another sermon, and on and on…

Next week it continues, I have two services on Ash Wednesday to prepare for, and we leave on vacation at the end of the week. 

All this to say: my regular posts on the blog will resume next Monday, but thanks for staying tuned.
